Welcome to New Forest Academy of Dance (NFAD) – Lymington’s leading dance school for all ages

At NFAD, we’ve been providing high-quality, engaging dance and musical theatre training in the New Forest for over 30 years. We welcome students from age 2½ through to adults of all levels — with no upper age limit.

Led by Principal Kayleigh Sargeant, our experienced faculty are committed to nurturing each student’s confidence, creativity and technique. With a strong focus on physical and mental wellbeing, NFAD is proud to offer a safe, supportive space where dancers of every ability can thrive.

Perform and Celebrate

From in-class watching weeks to local festivals and our full-scale bi-annual shows, students of all ages have opportunities to perform, grow and celebrate their progress. Our popular 'Musical in a Week' holiday project is a highlight in the calendar!

All our teachers are fully qualified, DBS-checked and passionate about helping students thrive. We follow RAD, ISTD and IDTA syllabuses and draw on up-to-date training in dancer wellbeing.
